The living/dining area has a modern kitchen with high-quality interior, as well as a Bavarian dining area with solid farmhouse table.
The bedroom, like the living/dining area, offers an unobstructed View in the direction of the surrounding mountain landscape. So you can enjoy the mountain view and nature already in the morning from the large double bed.
The Daylight bathroom is modernly equipped with a ground-level rain shower, sink and toilet. The south-facing terrace is accessible from both living rooms and invites you to linger. In summer you can already enjoy your breakfast on the Terrace enjoy. You can get the bread rolls from the bakery within walking distance.

Approach / Location
Hessenbichl 20 is located in the municipality of Kreuth, which since 2018 has been designated as a Mountaineering village is excellent. From here you have among other things the possibility to conquer the surrounding mountains, a Walk along the Weißach to walk to the natural cheese dairy Tegernseer Land, to reach in a few minutes the wonderful Tegernsee to marvel at and enjoy many culinary delights.

If you arrive by train: take the Bayerische Regiobahn Oberland (BRB) from Munich main station to Tegernsee. Then from Tegernsee station continue by cab or RVO bus (lines 9550) to Rottach (Reitrain stop). From there it is about 7 minutes walk to the vacation home in Hessenbichlweg 20.

Current Cancellation Policy: Flexible - 21 days.
Cancellation of the booking free of charge is possible until 21 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after this date, in case of no-show or early departure, we allow ourselves to charge you 90% of the room rate per night.
